Event Transport Without The Guesswork
Event venues work to fixed schedules. Exhibitors may have a short window to enter the loading area, unload and clear the dock before the next supplier arrives. We plan our part around the access information you provide.
Our team collects the agreed items, loads the truck and delivers to the venue at the confirmed time. Once access is granted, we unload and place items in the agreed stand, room or event area, and can return after pack-out to collect everything.

Event Moving Prices
Our standard Auckland moving rate is $110 per hour excluding GST for two trained movers and a fully equipped medium truck. A one-off $50 call-out fee excluding GST also applies.
Your final cost depends on the time required for collection, loading, travel and unloading. Venue waiting time, restricted access, additional stops and return collection can affect the total. Venue charges, loading dock fees and exhibitor passes are separate unless stated in your written quote.

Trade Show And Exhibition Moves
Exhibition halls can be busy during pack-in and pack-out, with trucks, contractors and forklifts all working in the same area. Send us the exhibitor manual or access instructions as soon as they’re available — we need the correct entrance, loading dock, stand number and allocated time.
Before our collection window, pack loose items into secure cartons and gather everything within the agreed stand or pickup area. Keep return items separate from rubbish, hired equipment and anything belonging to another exhibitor.
