Moving Across East Auckland
East Auckland includes established family homes around Howick and Pakuranga, coastal properties near Bucklands Beach, modern townhouses around Botany and Flat Bush, and busy commercial areas in East Tāmaki.
An older Howick home may have narrow hallways and entrance steps. A multi-level townhouse in Flat Bush may require furniture to be carried down several flights. We ask about parking, driveways, stairs and lifts before moving day.
East Auckland House Moves
East Auckland homes range from established brick-and-tile properties to larger family houses and new developments. Please tell us about exterior steps, basement garages, shared driveways and long paths between the house and street.
We load your packed boxes and furniture, use moving blankets to protect suitable pieces and unload everything into the rooms you select. Beds, tables and other suitable furniture can be dismantled and reassembled at no additional cost.
Townhouse & Coastal Property Moves
Botany, Flat Bush, Pakuranga and East Tāmaki Heights contain a growing number of townhouses and multi-level properties. Let us know which floor your main furniture is on and whether there is a lift with confirmed dimensions.
Howick, Mellons Bay, Cockle Bay and Bucklands Beach include a mix of older homes and houses positioned on sloping sections. Measure sofas, bed frames and dining tables before the move, and compare with the tightest doorway or staircase at both properties.
Office Moves & New Developments
East Tāmaki, Highbrook and Botany contain offices, retail premises and commercial units. Before the booking, confirm the loading area, security access and any site induction requirements, and label furniture by destination room or department.
Flat Bush, Botany and Dannemora include modern subdivisions with terrace housing and shared lanes. Street parking can be limited — tell us how far the property is from the nearest legal parking space if the truck must remain on the street.
East Auckland Moving Prices
Our standard Auckland moving rate is $110 excluding GST per hour for two movers and a truck, plus a one-off $50 call-out fee excluding GST.
The $100 deposit secures the agreed moving date. The remaining balance is based on the moving time and any additional services confirmed beforehand. East Auckland covers a range of access conditions, so travel requirements and chargeable time will be confirmed from the addresses supplied.
